About SEVA
SEVA was established in 2007 as a result of a comprehensive and organizing effort in the philanthropic community involving several entusiastic and dedicated citizens of India from all parts of the globe. Two brothers Hareesh Rayala and Mahesh hailing from southern part of Andhrapradesh, India got this idea of contributing to rural India, and immediately started to share with their friends, relatives, well wishers and fellow Indians. The response was very encouraging and overwhelming, soon it was on the cards. Many across from the globe appreciated and joined the team. The idea of "serving the needy in an efficient way" was transformed into a nonprofit organisation (Reg.No 294/2007). SEVA registered under a Act.(XXI of 1860) 35 of 2001 as Non Profit Organization. Today, we are one of the most focussed and committed nonprofit associations in southern India.
Our focus is on serving rural India especially disadvantaged sections, ensuring good health, to help the needy, to search for talent amongst the young and the not-so-fortunate and to nurture these talents, by providing them the best educational services.
